·         I ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS depending on location and cost.  While Priority Mail has been very efficient, the tracking is very poor.  Expect delivery within 3 to 5 days.  I use USPS Priority Mail International for All international shipments. 
 
·         I almost always ship the next business day Monday through Friday for items paid for by 9 p.m. EST. 
 
·         If you are not satisfied with your purchase because it is not what I described, you may return the item.  I do not refund the shipping fees, only the price paid for the item.  Items that have been used may not be returned.
